Your MarketPilot workspace
MarketPilot is a business marketing assistant operated under the Dealerdrive Media brand. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business information and accounts you provide. Keep access secure and provide accurate details.
Subscription price and cancellation
When subscriptions are available, the Professional web plan is $499.99 at signup and $499.99 each month thereafter. There is no additional setup charge. Applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Advertising spend is separate and is not included in the subscription.
You may cancel future renewals through Subscription. Standard cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Account deletion removes access and data immediately. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support; rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected. No charge is taken while checkout is unavailable.
AI Entrepreneur digital purchase
The AI Entrepreneur prompt packet costs $1.99 once and is separate from all subscriptions. All sales are final, except where required by law. The packet includes ChatGPT or Claude prompts, a digital-product workflow, and TikTok marketing guidance. AI provider accounts, storefront fees, and advertising spend are separate. Contact information submitted after payment is used for the requested follow-up within 48 hours.
Video Ads
Each business receives one 45-second AI-created Video Ad per calendar week at no extra charge while the feature is available. Additional 45-second videos cost $5 each and are charged only after you review and complete a separate Stripe checkout. MarketPilot does not charge a card automatically for extra videos. Creating a video does not publish it or spend advertising money.
Video Ads are generated from the brief and optional photo you approve. You are responsible for ensuring that your business details, offers, claims, and uploaded materials are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. Review the completed creative before using it.
AI recommendations and advertising authorization
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review claims, offers, financial information, and advertising materials before using them. Increased sales, advertising results, financing eligibility, and lender approval are not guaranteed. Confirm lender terms directly with the provider.
A business profile, connected account, or draft approval is not blanket permission to spend. MarketPilot can publish a supported Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad only after the customer completes the official Facebook sign-in, selects the Meta ad account and Facebook Page, approves the final ad, target area, schedule, privacy-policy link, and photo, and expressly authorizes the displayed daily budget and estimated scheduled spend. Meta bills that ad account directly. MarketPilot does not automatically publish ads, optimize campaigns, or change an advertising budget after that approval. Google campaign publishing is not active.
Publishing creates the approved campaign, ad set, Instant Form, creative, and ad with Meta. Meta may review, reject, limit, or delay the ad under its own rules. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offer, destination, privacy policy, targeting, and photo, and for monitoring any ad you authorize.
Acceptable use
Use only material you have permission to use. Do not use MarketPilot for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, misleading offers, or unauthorized account access. Follow the advertising platforms’ rules and laws that apply to your business.
Service availability
AI usage allowances and available features are shown in the product. Providers may impose outages, rate limits, review requirements, and other restrictions. Material subscription changes must be communicated before they apply to future purchases or renewals.
