Information used to provide MarketPilot

MarketPilot uses your authenticated account identifier and email, business information you enter, website research, messages, campaign drafts, consent choices, video briefs, optional video photos, and payment references. If you connect an advertising account, we store encrypted authorization tokens, the selected ad account and Facebook Page, and reports you request. If you publish a Facebook Lead Ad, we also store the approved campaign snapshot, target area, daily budget, duration, privacy-policy link, photo reference, authorization time, and Meta object IDs so we can show the result and prevent duplicate publication.

AI processing

With your consent, relevant messages, business profile details, website findings, and advertising reports are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. When you create a Video Ad, MarketPilot sends your approved video brief and any optional photo you upload to its AI video provider, HeyGen, to generate the requested creative. Web research may send search queries derived from your question. You can withdraw consent in Account; new AI requests will then be blocked. Do not include customer Social Security numbers, payment card details, passwords, or information you are not authorized to share.

Service providers

OpenAI provides AI responses and ChatGPT sign-in. HeyGen provides AI video generation for Video Ads. Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and data storage. Stripe processes subscription and extra-video payments; card details are entered on Stripe’s payment pages. Google and Meta receive requests when you authorize and use their integrations. When you choose final Facebook publishing, Meta receives the approved advertising account, Page, form, creative, target area, budget, schedule, destination, privacy-policy link, and photo. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Use and retention

We use this information to operate your workspace, answer requests, manage billing, prevent abuse, and provide support. App records remain until you delete them or your account. Operational logs and payment records may be retained as needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Deleting data in MarketPilot does not delete provider records or ads in an external advertising account.

Your controls

In Account, you can export your data, withdraw AI consent, revoke mobile sessions, and delete your MarketPilot account. You can disconnect advertising access in Connections. Cancel future subscription renewals before deleting your account.

Device storage

The web app caches only its public icons and generic offline page. Private conversations and API responses are not placed in that offline cache. The prepared mobile app uses the device’s secure storage for its session token. Sign-out removes that token.

AI Entrepreneur follow-up

If you purchase the AI Entrepreneur packet and request follow-up, we store your email address and phone number and send them to DealerDrive Media at dealerdrivemedia@gmail.com through our email delivery provider. These details are used to contact you about your purchase. You may contact support to request deletion subject to required transaction record retention.
