Delete your MarketPilot account

You can request deletion from either the web app or the mobile app’s Account screen.

1. Sign in to Account.
2. If you have a subscription, cancel future renewals through Subscription first.
3. Download any information you want to keep.
4. Under Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion removes your saved profile, conversations, campaigns, advertising reports and tokens, and mobile sessions. Minimal deletion and billing records may be retained for security, accounting, or legal obligations. Deletion does not remove your ChatGPT, Google, Meta, or Stripe accounts, and does not pause external advertising.

If you cannot sign in, email dealerdrivemedia@gmail.com from your account email. Ownership must be verified before information is removed.
